Why this practice exists

An engineer who built for operations, then learned to build with AI.

Most AI consultancies start with the model and work outward. They've got a favorite framework, a favorite demo, and a pitch deck full of what's possible — before they understand your constraints.

We start the other way. I spent years as an industrial engineer inside SAP, QAD, and process-based MRPs, shipping software for plants and back offices that couldn't afford downtime. Then I became an AI architect. That order matters: the AI we build has an opinion about cost, latency, failure modes, and the human workflow it's supposed to fit into — not just accuracy on a benchmark.

Every operation runs on documents nobody reads until something breaks. SOPs, spec sheets, customer contracts, return policies, the Slack channel from 2022 where the install procedure got hashed out.

We turn that corpus into a copilot your people talk to in plain English. It cites sources, it knows when it doesn't know, and it hands off to a human when the answer matters. The retrieval layer is tuned to your documents — not a generic chatbot over a file share.

We build agents with clear tool surfaces and narrow scopes. Each step is logged. Each action is reversible or requires approval. You get the leverage of an LLM without the 3 AM page because it hallucinated a refund.

We train on your data, not a benchmark set. Cameras on the line, inference at the edge or in the cloud, decisions logged with the image so you can audit anything the model flagged.
