Rhythmwyze.
A personal-rhythm tracker built on the coaching Wheel of Life — one honest check-in at a time across the six areas that make up a life. Native-feeling mobile apps on a React Native codebase, wired to an AWS serverless backend we architected and run.
One honest check-in
at a time.
Instead of journaling or spreadsheets, you rate where you are on a simple 1–6 scale across six life areas, at whatever cadence fits — daily, weekly, or whenever you’d like a mirror.
Overlay charts stack your check-ins over time. The cycles and cross-category correlations that have been shaping your year show up on their own — so you can work with your rhythms instead of being blindsided by them.
Six areas.
One life.
The Wheel of Life is a coaching framework, not a productivity hack. Rhythmwyze turns it into a quiet, low-friction habit.
Relationships
Family, partners, friendships, the people who anchor a week.
Mindset
Inner weather — focus, calm, spiritual practice, the stories you’re telling yourself.
Professional
Work, craft, growth — whatever you’re building with your days.
Health
Sleep, movement, energy — the body you’re carrying everything else around in.
Time & Money
Two resources that move together more than we admit. One rating for both.
Fun & Recreation
Play, rest, the things that recharge you. The axis that drops first when life gets loud.
One codebase,
one cloud.
Rhythmwyze runs on React Native — one codebase, two native-feel apps. The back half is the same serverless AWS stack we bring to every TVLSS engagement.
Check-ins flow through API Gateway into Lambda and land in DynamoDB. Charts are computed on the way back out. No servers to babysit, nothing idle billing overnight.
The whole thing scales from zero to whatever the beta demands — and scales back down to zero while people sleep.
